Shipping

Educational institutions pay 8% shipping and handling (minimum 4.50).

International orders (outside the United States or Canada): Customers must pay for the shipping.

GST and HST 5% (only in Canada)

Booksellers and wholesalers pay full shipping charges.

Payment

For individuals, prepayment is required.

Purchase orders are welcome.

Billing

Terms on billed orders: 30 days.

Returns / Exchanges

Refunds are subject to a 20% fee.

No shipping charges will be refunded.

Invoices must be paid in full before return can be approved.

Refunds will be made only on goods in saleable condition upon arrival.

Damaged or unreceived orders

Please contact us within five working days for goods that are damaged. Claims must be made within 60 days from date of purchase.
