"We love the materials and I have already begun using the geography based pieces. My kids were thrilled that they could do them completely on their own even without the English!"

"As a veteran teacher, I have seen ample materials and have heard all the promises that accompany new products. I love yours, the material is well articulated, the illustrations are culturally appropriate and it is visually appealing for students and teachers alike."

"The Miraflores thematic units are a fabulous complement to the curriculum of any Spanish language program. The thematic capsules are well researched and filled with interesting information that expands the cultural knowledge of students. The vocabulary used in each unit is somewhat controlled...graded by language learning level...and the use of cognates abounds...an important element in making linguistic connections. They are so well written that most students can work on them independently. I have used the units as the basis for student investigation and presentation, too! On occasion, I have left specific units for my students to complete when I must be away from the classroom. I am always able to find something that fits into the concepts emphasized in the regular text. Students like them and always feel that they have learned something "extra" upon their completion. I think that the Miraflores thematic units are one of the best teaching resources I have found to expand my students´ knowledge of the Spanish speaking world."
